Life skills training is an integral component of L2L courses. These daily sessions give young people the opportunity to develop personal, emotional, interpersonal, social and work skills. There is an emphasis on developing confi dence and self esteem.
L2L work to negotiate a ‘pathway plan’ with each participant, these plans detail how participants may reach the goals they have set for themselves. Additionally, L2L maintain a high level of individual support with young people both during and after the course.
L2L is for young people aged 15 to 24 years who have not completed year 11 and are currently unemployed. All projects are free of charge.
