Cottage Couch Sessions is a weekly safe social program featuring music creation/performance, fun games, monthly open mic nights & special events. 

This program supports young people to connect to peers & feel a sense of belonging in an alcohol & drug free environment. 

This program is funded in collaboration with Byron Youth Service, Byron Local Drug Action Team (LDAT) and The Alcohol and Drug Foundation (ADF)

Wednesdays 3:30pm - 5:30pm

Safe Drivers Course for Learners

Safe Drivers Course for Learners

On completion of both Module 1 and 2, students receive 20 log book hours.

To attend the course you need to:

  • have a valid learner licence

  • be under 25

  • have completed at least 50 log book hours of on-road driving (excluding any 3 for 1 bonus hours)

  • have included night driving in some of those hours.

  • Fee: $140

Kick back at the YAC is a fun and exciting 2 hours of power with the YAC opening its doors to young people to enjoy create and thrive.

On offer will be Basketball,Eightball, a band rehearsal room, electro music Lab, Barber shop, chill out zones and more

There will be special offerings along the way including open mics and movie nights.
